The IT department provides state of art computing facilities to the students through well equipped labs. The labs have clusters based on Novel Netware, Unix, Linux, Windows Sever 2003, Windows NT Servers configured with software such as C, C++, Visual C++, Visual Studio .NET, Visual Studio 6.0, JDK 1.4.0, Visual Foxpro, Dot Rose, Eclipse, Tomcat and Oracle 8i developer.

The department has over 132 PIV, which are fully networked and have the latest software. The computer center is fully air conditioned with adequate UPS backup (26KVA) having covered area of more than 15000 sq.ft and has internet facilities through a 4 mbps leased line with VSNL and localloop by RailTel Corp.
